Cape Port of Call


1 ½ oz – New Harbour African Dry Gin
½ oz Tawny or Ruby Port
½ oz cinnamon simple syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
mixed berries(frozen or fresh)
a few sprigs of mint
In a cocktail shaker, add a few berries(enough to cover the bottom of the shaker, using equal parts of your chosen berries) and mint leaves. Add cinnamon syrup, lemon juice and mint. Muddle. Add New Harbour African Dry Gin, Port and ice. Shake. Strain into rocks glass. Add mint to garnish.
